WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?
Everyday bring a towel and or a mat to use for stretching, ab work and ground exercises.
Some days you'll need to bring a pair of dumbbells (which you will be informed of) ... usualy a set of 5
pounders for women and a set of 10 pounders for men ... to start with.
A good pair of running shoes is a must, even if you're a walker and not a runner.
And you should ALWAYS bring a positive "CAN DO!" attitude!
There is no such thing as "C-A-N-T" around me!!!
