METHOD EVOLUTION BOOTCAMP classes are held outdoors, rain,
snow or shine! (Some locations are indoors or some combination.)  
This means BootCampers should be prepared for weather conditions if
they should arise. BootCampers should also bring gloves, and a water
bottle or sports drink to keep hydrated.  Sometimes you will be asked
to bring your favorite pair of weights as well.  On days deemed - I
furnish various types of equipment for some more "tricks".

I've always been a very active/athletic person, but after having my 2nd child, I
didn't do much of anything.  I had that "need" to be physically active, but I
couldn't find the time or energy to do it.  I started the boot camp class and I
feel so much better about myself.  Just after 2 weeks, I could already feel a
huge difference in my conditioning.  I lost weight, but more importantly I'm in
better shape and have gained muscle mass.  I would definately recommend Boot
Camp to anyone who wants to feel better about themselves and get their
bodies in better physical condition!

Boot Camp is fun.  JC gives you a variety of exercises, so it's not the same old
boring thing every day you work out.  All the exercises, even though odd
sometimes, really work out every part of your body.  This "different" type of
workout makes it fun to get into shape and stay in shape!

change from high impact / high intensity workout to a more moderate workout
