Our Pearland and the Woodlands Fitness Studios
The calming atmosphere is evident the second you walk into the facility and is reiterated during each step of the tour.
Our personal training studios are a world away from the glass and chrome, sterile, 'corporate' gyms that intimidate most people who are starting out on their fat loss and fitness journeys.
You won't find banks upon banks of cardio machines, resistance equipment and all of the 'usual' gym paraphernalia you normally associate with 'normal' gyms and personal training centers and you certainly won't find any of those worthless pinscelect equipment either. Here at Method Evolution Personal Training Studio the focus is on YOU rather than the equipment.
In fact, many people comment that personal training with us doesn't really feel like going to a gym at all!
Sure, our 2000sq.ft studio has balls, bands, barbells and functional equipment as you'd expect; we have several cardio machines in the studio and you'll probably only use them rarely... .
Instead you'll spend the bulk of your time using your bodyweight, dumbells, cable, pulleys, barbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, Indian clubs and even sandbags to add variety, effectiveness and, ultimately, results to your personal training sessions.

I attended Sam Houston State University where I lettered in
basketball and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology.
After obtaining my certification, I was blessed enough to be
able to attend training camp with the Houston Rocket’s and
serve an internship as well.
I choose personal training as a career because I love being
able to watch clients surpass goals they never thought were
possible and increase their quality of life. I do this to hear “I’m
no longer hypertensive” or “my back no longer hurts” or “I won
a ½ marathon!”
Joy and quality of life are priceless, and I believe my job is to
help make the priceless things attainable.



Jim Loehr
Exercise Physiologist, MS
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Jim attended Illinois Wesleyen University where he played
football and was a strength and conditioning intern. He has
worked as a strength and conditioning coach at the University
of Massachusetts, for the Houston Energy, as an independent
consultant and most recently at NASA as an astronaut
strength, conditioning and rehabilitation specialist.
In addition to teaching and coaching exercise, Jim also has
spent many years researching exercise as an Exercise
Physiologist. He worked at NASA researching ways to use
exercise to prevent astronauts from losing muscle, bone and
cardiovascular fitness while in space.

Nutritionist
Office Manager of Method Evolution
Jennifer has been passionate about nutrition and physical
fitness since a young age. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in
Nutrition from Texas A&M University and is currently working on
her Master’s degree in Nutrition along with obtaining her
Registered Dietician’s license.
She is a member of The American Society of Nutrition, and
spent the past year studying nutrient transport in the brain.
She enjoys inspiring motivated individuals to obtain and
maintain a healthy lifestyle. Jennifer strongly believes that a
combination of good nutrition and physical fitness is the best
way to achieve this lifestyle in her own life as well as in the
lives of the people with whom she works.
