Our Studio
The calming atmosphere is
evident the second you walk into
the facility and is reiterated during
each step of the tour.
Our Pearland personal training
studio is a world away from the
glass and chrome, sterile,
'corporate' gyms that intimidate
most people who are starting out
on their fat loss and fitness
journeys.
You won't find banks upon banks
of cardio machines, resistance
equipment and all of the 'usual'
gym paraphernalia you normally
associate with 'normal' gyms and
personal training centers and you
certainly won't find any of those
worthless pinscelect equipment
either. Here at Method Evolution
Personal Training Studio the
focus is on YOU rather than the
equipment.
In fact, many people comment that
personal training with us doesn't
really feel like going to a gym at all!
Sure, our 2000sq.ft studio has
balls, bands, barbells and
functional equipment as you'd
expect; we have several cardio
machines in the
studio and you'll probably only use
them rarely... .
Instead you'll spend the bulk of
your time using your bodyweight,
dumbells, cable, pulleys, barbells,
medicine balls, kettlebells, Indian
clubs and even sandbags to add
variety, effectiveness and,
ultimately, results to your personal
training sessions.

Cheyenne Follis
Certified Personal Trainer
Cheyenne is dedicated to her position as an ISSA Certified Fitness
Trainer. She is currently attending the University of Houston to
obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She enjoys working
with clients dedicated to improving their athletic ability, strength,
and overall conditioning. She is also skilled in coaching swim
lessons for adults as well as children. She has been an active
swimmer and water polo player for five years. Cheyenne has a
passion for helping a wide variety of individuals obtain a healthy
lifestyle through fun and motivating exercise techniques. Her
hope is to inspire positive self-image and confidence in every one
of her clients.

Jeremy Foster
Certified Personal Trainer
His whole life, Jeremy has been very passionate about fitness and
leading a healthy lifestyle. This drove him into the fitness industry
at the age of 18 years old when he obtained his NASM, PES, and
NFPT certified personal trainer certifications.
Since then, he has been helping all types of people reach their
fitness goals and feel better about themselves.
As a current student at the University of Houston's Fitness and
Human Performance center, Jeremy's passion for strength training
and condition has grown. He spends a lot of his time helping out
with research at the Human Performance Laboratory where he
learns how to make people better athletes and increase their overall
fitness and health. He likes to incorporate these aspects of physical
fitness into all his programs with the belief that everyone, no matter
what their initial fitness level, can benefit from speed, power, and
agility training. He loves teaching people new exercises and
Olympic lifts they have never done before.
His belief is that everyone can achieve their goals with a little bit of
hard work and lot of fun.
Whether you just want to lose weight and increase your lean body
mass or train for your next big athletic competition, Jeremy's
dedication to his clients and enthusiasm for this industry will help
you get there.
Jennifer Bradley
Admin/Office Dir
Nutritionist
Jennifer has been passionate about nutrition and physical fitness
since a young age. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition
from Texas A&M University and is currently working on her Master's
degree in Nutrition along with obtaining her Registered Dietitian's
license. She is a member of the American Society of Nutrition, and
spent the past year studying nutrient transport in the brain. She
enjoys inspiring motivated individual to obtain and maintain a healthy
lifestyle. Jennifer strongly believes that a combination of good
nutrition and physical fitness is the best way to achieve this lifestyle
in her own life as well as in the lives of the people with whom she
works
